Hello, my name is Melissa (Missy) Hoover. My family has lived in the Etters, PA area for 20+ years. My husband and I are employed in the IT industry.  Both of us have started as software developers 30+ years ago, and have migrated up the chain to IT management positions currently.  Funny how we both followed the same path!  In our spare time we love to spend time with family (especially the grandkids!), and go camping in our camper.

In 2022 I decided to take the plunge into real estate investing after years of just talking about it.  There is so much information out there, it was overwhelming!  I signed up for a training & mentoring program in Aug 2022, a very robust program with online training, as well as multiple live coaching calls every week. I began evaluating deals and plunged myself into local REI meetups.  I have made many close contacts and am excited to now partner with “Girls Buy Houses 2”!!
