Carolyn Ames Kelly

Carolyn Kelly is part of the Marketing Team, providing support around the Girls Buy Houses 2 social media presence, creating graphic content, and providing technical assistance and IT support. She is also part of the PML team, assisting with processing transactions. Carolyn is the Executive Director of Family Promise of Southern Delaware, a nonprofit that helps families at risk of homelessness in Sussex County, DE, and a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (NMLS #2668347) with Whitecap Mortgage Delmarva.
She is currently licensed in DE and PA.
She has been in the field of affordable housing for over 30 years. She has experience in property development and management using Federal, State, and Local Government funding for underserved communities.
Carolyn is proud to join the ladies of GBH2, helping to connect people with opportunities in an ethical, compassionate, and empowering environment. Carolyn has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and resides in Delaware with her partner of 11 years, Amy, and their dog and cat. In her spare time, she is also the treasurer for the American Legion Auxiliary and the Membership Chair.
