Johanna Castaneda is a dedicated full-time Realtor and investor, driven by her passion for real estate, community, and helping others. Originally from Colombia, Johanna came to the U.S. in 1998 and discovered her love for real estate early on. With a strong foundation in banking—where she spent 10 years growing into a management role—she developed sharp financial insight, leadership skills, and a heart for guiding people through important decisions.

In 2003, Johanna launched her own multiservice business, juggling many roles and mastering the art of problem-solving. That experience, along with her natural people skills, makes her a compassionate and strategic partner in any real estate transaction.

Since earning her real estate license in 2018, Johanna has helped families, first-time buyers, investors, and business owners across Berks, Lehigh Valley, and Lancaster counties. As a bilingual (Spanish-English) agent and proud lead of the Bilingual Department at GBH2, her goal is to educate, integrate, and help the Hispanic community achieve their real estate goals by connecting them with all the opportunities GBH2 has to offer.
