Joann, originally from Easton, Pennsylvania, and now residing in New Cumberland, is a passionate real estate enthusiast with a unique story.

Married and a proud mother of three grown sons, Joann has shared her love for real estate with her family, inspiring them along the way. 

Her real estate journey began early, purchasing her first home at just 24 and embarking on her first new construction project at 30. By 2019, Joann completed her first property flip, and she hasn’t looked back since. 

Joann joined Girls Buy Houses 2 in 2024, taking her expertise to the next level. She has also become a private money lender, supporting real estate ventures with her financial acumen. Beyond her real estate achievements, Joann leads the team's merchandise line while assisting wherever she’s needed, exemplifying her versatility and dedication. 

When Joann isn’t immersed in her work, she loves spending time with her family, traveling to explore new destinations, and giving back to her community through volunteering. Her energy, passion, and hands-on experience make her a valuable asset in the real estate world.
